This package includes everything in the Clarity Session, as well as ongoing support to help you keep moving, including:

  • Two accountability check‑ins (30–45 minutes each) to keep you focused and gently motivated
  • An Ask‑Me‑Anything session where you can bring questions, photos, sticking points, or decisions you’re unsure about

It’s a gentle, guided partnership – ideal if you thrive with regular touchpoints, reassurance, and someone in your corner as you work through your space.

    There’s no obligation to commit during the call.
    You’re welcome to book your sessions and look at dates with me then and there, or take some time and think about it and get back in touch when you’re ready
  • Confirmation & Next Steps
    Once you decide to go ahead, I’ll send a follow‑up email which will include: a summary of what we’ve agreed, the deposit required and terms and conditions
  • Your First Virtual Session
    When your booking is confirmed, we start gently at your own pace.
  • Your Personalised Written Plan
    After our initial work together, you’ll receive your bespoke written plan.

Do I need to choose a package before booking?

No, the first step for everyone is an initial consultation. We’ll talk through your space, your goals, your energy levels, and any challenges you’re facing. From there, we can explore the different packages together or mix and match elements to create support that fits you perfectly.

What happens during the initial consultation?

This is a friendly, no‑pressure chat. We’ll look at what’s feeling difficult, what you’d like life at home to feel like, and what kind of support would help you most. You can ask questions, share concerns, and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you. There is no pressure to make a decision about whether to go ahead whilst on the call. Some people may wish to book their sessions and choose dates during the consultation, while others prefer to take time to think about it. Either way is completely fine, there’s no pressure to commit.

How many rooms can we cover?

In most cases, we can cover up to five rooms within a virtual package. This gives us enough scope to create a clear, manageable plan without overwhelming you.
That said, every home is different – the size, layout, and complexity of each space can vary – so we’ll talk this through during your initial consultation and agree on what feels realistic and supportive for your energy and timeframe.

What tech do I need?

You don’t need anything fancy, just a device with a camera (a phone, tablet, or laptop all work well) and a stable internet connection. Most clients use Zoom or WhatsApp video, but we can use whatever platform feels easiest for you. I’ll guide you through it so the tech never becomes a barrier.

How do payments work?

Once you decide to go ahead, I’ll send a follow‑up email with:
• A summary of what we’ve agreed
• Your deposit request (this is 50% of the total price to secure booking)
• The calm‑nest terms and conditions to sign
This keeps everything clear and transparent before we begin.

What happens after I’ve booked?

Once your deposit and paperwork are complete, we’ll schedule your first virtual session. From there, you’ll receive your personalised written plan, and, depending on your package, ongoing support such as accountability check‑ins, an AMA session, or a live virtual organising session.

Can I mix and match elements from different packages?

Yes. The packages are starting points, not rigid boxes. If you need something slightly different, we can shape the support around your space, your energy, and your goals during the initial consultation.

What if I feel embarrassed about my space?

You’re not alone, almost everyone feels this way at first. My approach is gentle, non-judgmental, and focused on understanding what’s getting in the way, not criticising it. You’re safe here.

Do virtual sessions really work?

Absolutely. Virtual organising offers clarity, structure, and accountability without the pressure of someone physically in your home. It’s especially helpful for neurodivergent clients, people who get overwhelmed easily, or anyone who prefers to work at their own pace with steady support.

Can we work together if I’m not local?

Yes! Virtual support means you can work with Calm‑Nest Organising from anywhere. All you need is a device with a camera and a stable internet connection.
